Why sleep is important :)

Well, 3 days of midterm left. And strive is on saturday and im meant to sleep over at my friends house on saturday after strive so thats saturday gone, and sunday ill be wrecked from not getting good sleep on saturday. To be honest, i really dont want to go to strive any more. My sleeping pattern is all over the place. Im tired all the time. Bleugh. Im sick of this crap now. Im not going to strive, im not bothered, cause all i want is to get 8 hours sleep at reasonable times. I want to go asleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am. I want a good weekend. One of my resolutions was to fall into routine you know :) and another was to lose weight and if you dont have a good sleeping pattern it makes losing pounds harder and harder. All of you effort is reversed. So whenever your next school/work holiday is, try to get as much sleep as you can to get the most of your free time! Nothing is fun when your eyelids feel heavy and your energy level is down.
Reasons why sleep is sooo important:
•skin can break out
• hair becomes greasy/over dry and brittle
•dark circles under your eyes
• wrinkles will appear on your face earlier
•harder to lose weight
•not enough energy
•harder to concentrate

And thats only a few. Sleep is as essential as water. One can only go about 10 days with no sleep without serious, life threatening damage to your health.
